SURVEYS OFTEN FLAG-UP ISSUES THAT NEED FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY A CHARTERED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE ROOF OR FLOORS OF A PROPERTY ARE SAGGING OR CRACKS ARE FOUND. 
WBDP can investigate these concerns and compile reports for both new buyers or existing home owners as to whether the structural issues are historic or ongoing and what remedial works may be necessary to fix these. 

WBDP reports are completed by a Chartered Engineer and the format is specific to the property. We do not roll out a list of generic defects with a few lines of specific information at the bottom of the page. Every item will be about the property and its defects. Where possible, we will suggest the repairs required along with our anticipated costs.
